The presentations, round table and poster session will take place via the Big Blue Button (BBB) platform. The link to the main presentation room as well as to the poster rooms will be sent to the participants by e-mail before opening PPC 12.5 and poster session, respectively.
Presentations
The organizers require the presentation slides in PDF, which will be uploaded to the BBB server and available in the case of problems with the video connection. The PDF presentation has to be send to info@ppc12.5.umcs.pl before August 25th. The PDF presentations will be available also on the PPC 12.5 www site unless clearly prohibited in the e-mail. As an alternative to the PDF presentation, the participants will have the option to share the presentation from their devices. The presentation should have the 16:9 or 4:3 format. Any presentation software can be used, but it is advised to verify if it works with BBB during test sessions, which will be organized during the week preceding PPC 12.5.
Posters

The posters will be available also on the PPC 12.5 www site unless clearly prohibited in the e-mail. The poster should have the landscape page orientation. The participants will have the option to share the poster from their devices.
